New Jersey Realtors and House Showings During COVID19

Per Governor Murphy’s March 30 clarification to Executive Order 107, “Realtors can operate and show houses to prospective buyers on a 1-on-1 basis or to immediate families. There is still a prohibition on open houses.”

As your Bergen County New Jersey realtor I will agree to show you a home under the following conditions:

A) The home you want to see MUST be a vacant home

B) I will happily first give you a virtual tour of said home, either via FaceTime or a similar 3D app

C) If after seeing the virtual tour you want to physically go to the home I will meet you there. You will wear gloves and maintain a 6 foot distance from me, as I will with you, at all times.

Do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to see a home.
